About Me

I teach in the Willow program as well as at the Alternative School Centre. My specialties are science and math.

I have a B. Fine Arts in film making from Concordia University in Montreal, a B.Sc.  with a combined honours in chemistry and physics from Dalhousie University and a B. Ed. in science and math from Mount St. Vincent University in Halifax.

As a guiding quote for myself I will choose Marie Curie who was a recipient of two Nobel prizes.  She was the first woman to receive a Nobel Prize in 1903 for physics.  In 1911 she received a Nobel prize in chemistry becoming the first recipient of two Nobel prizes.

"You cannot hope to build a better world without improving the individuals. To that end each of us must work for his own improvement, and at the same time share a general responsibility for all humanity, our particular duty being to aid those to whom we think we can be most useful."  Marie Curie
